Cancellation and Returns Policy

Cancellation

A buyer can cancel the order before the item(s) have been shipped. We will refund full amount the buyer has spent.

Returns

  • Bagpoint offers you hassle-free returns. All the unused items are applicable for returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Within 2 days of shipment receipt, we will process for a full refund (less courier/shipping charges). i.e.return courier/shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer.
  • Once the products are returned successfully, it will be checked for the following conditions:
 
  1. Correct Product: The brand/serial no./model should match
  2. Complete Product: All the accessories and freebies must be present.
  3. Unused Product: The product should be unused.
  4. Undamaged Product: The product should not be damaged in any way; unwashed, unsoiled, without and stains and tampering

In case where customer does not accept orders:

  • If customer has placed COD (Cash on delivery) order and not accepted; the customer will be able to place only pre-paid orders in future on bagpoint.in
  • If customer has placed pre-paid order and not accepted; the customer will be refunded with the amount paid less reverse courier/shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged item from Bagpoint:

  • We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on Bagpoint.in was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at support@bagpoint.in within 6 hours of material receipt along with multiple photographs of the package illustrating the damage. We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim. Buyer(customer) is not liable to pay return charges in this case is entitled for full refund or replacement on approval of claim.
